Morning (Arrival): Land at Srinagar Airport where your private car will greet you with a traditional Kashmiri welcome. Mid-Day (Check-in): Check into a luxury Premium Houseboat on Nigeen Lake or Dal Lake. Enjoy a hot cup of traditional Zafrani Kahwa (saffron tea). Afternoon (Mughal Gardens): Visit the romantic, terraced Nishat Bagh (Garden of Joy) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love), built by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his queen. Morning (Drive): Take a scenic 2.5-hour drive (approx. 80 km) along the Sindh River to Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold). Mid-Day (Glacier Exploration): Hire local ponies or a union cab to visit the breathtaking Thajiwas Glacier, where you can enjoy sledge rides and pristine snow views. Afternoon (Riverside Café): Walk hand-in-hand along the freezing streams and enjoy hot Maggi or lunch at a riverside spot. Evening (Return): Drive back to Srinagar. Morning (Saffron Fields): Drive towards Pahalgam (approx. 90 km / 3 hours). Stop at the sprawling Saffron fields of Pampore and the historic Avantipur Ruins for photos. Mid-Day (Hotel Check-in): Check into your riverside resort in Pahalgam. Afternoon (Mini-Switzerland): Hire local ponies to visit Baisaran Valley. It is famously known as “Mini-Switzerland” due to its dense pine forests and vast green meadows. Evening (Lidder River): Walk along the rushing Lidder River right outside your resort. Sleep to the soothing sound of the river.
Morning (Bollywood Valleys): Take a local union cab to explore Betaab Valley (where the movie Betaab was shot) and the stunning Aru Valley. Mid-Day (Transit): Check out and drive towards Gulmarg (approx. 140 km / 4 hours). The road winding up to Gulmarg is lined with majestic fir trees. Evening (Leisure): Check into your cozy Gulmarg hotel. Take a slow, romantic evening stroll around the snow-capped golf course or visit the historic St. Mary’s Church. Stay overnight in Gulmarg.
Morning (High Altitude Views): Board the world-famous Gulmarg Gondola. Take Phase 1 (Kungdoor) and Phase 2 (Apharwat Peak) to experience the massive Himalayan snow walls up close. Mid-Day (Snow Activities): Try tandem skiing, take couples’ photos in the snow, or warm up with hot local street food at the peak.
