Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar, transfer to Pahalgam, and local valley exploration.
Day 2: Day trip to Gulmarg for snow adventure and return to Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar local sightseeing and overnight stay in a Houseboat.
Day 4: Morning Shikara ride and final departure.
Morning (Arrival): Land at the Srinagar Airport. Meet your driver and directly head towards Pahalgam (approx. 90 km / 3 hours). Mid-Day (En-route): Drive past the vibrant Saffron fields of Pampore. Stop at a local shop to sample authentic Kashmiri Kahwa tea. Afternoon (Valley Exploration): Check into your Pahalgam hotel. Rent a local union cab to visit the picturesque Betaab Valley (named after the Bollywood movie) and the scenic Aru Valley. Evening (Riverside): Spend a peaceful evening walking along the banks of the rushing Lidder River. Enjoy a warm dinner and stay overnight in Pahalgam.
Morning (Mughal Heritage): Explore the beautifully manicured Mughal Gardens, including Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh, situated with the Zabarwan mountains in the background. Mid-Day (Pari Mahal & Temple): Visit the terraced Pari Mahal for a panoramic view of the lake, followed by the historic Shankaracharya Temple perched atop a hill. Afternoon (Local Shopping): Explore the local markets for authentic Kashmiri Pashmina shawls, walnut wood carvings, and papier-mâché crafts. Evening (Leisure): Return to your hotel or houseboat in Srinagar for dinner and overnight rest.
Early Morning (Shikara Ride): Wake up early for a peaceful 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Experience the iconic floating vegetable market coming to life. Late Morning (Departure): Pack your bags, check out, and transfer back to the Srinagar Airport for your flight home.
