Maine Himachal tour India Travels Online ke through book kiya tha, lekin yatra santoshjanak nahi rahi. Bataye gaye hotel standard me bina suchna badlav kiya gaya aur itinerary me darj kai sthal cover nahi kiye gaye. Shikayaton ke baad bhi uchit samadhan nahi mila.

Mere anubhav me, itne paise me koi bhi khud se better trip plan kar sakta hai. Isi wajah se main is maamle ki complaint consumer forum me bhi kar raha hoon, taaki aage kisi aur ko aisi dikkat na ho.

Booked a Himachal trip with India Travels Online, but it turned into a stressful experience. Hotel downgraded, sightseeing skipped, constant payment issues, and we had to pay hotels and cab drivers ourselves. Services did not match what was promised.

🚨 Travel Nightmare Alert
My Himachal trip with India Travels Online was a total disaster. Hotel downgraded, sightseeing skipped, nonstop money demands, and we even had to pay hotels & cab drivers ourselves. Midnight payment pressure and poor stay quality made it worse.
Nothing went as promised. I’m filing a consumer complaint. Sharing my experience so others stay careful before booking.

Kuch bhi well arranged nhi tha.hotel cab driver aur tour package arranged karne valo k bich me koi coordination nhi tha.package me likha he breakfast but driver ko jldi nikalna he hotel breakfast apne time pr hi dega aur package arranged krne vale ki koi responsibility nhi thi sivay k paise mangne ke.Cab driver apni manmaani chalata.hotel room badbudaar tha.winter me pine ka garam pani krne ke liye bhi koi facility nhi thi.aur room heater single rode vala 500/- per day ke hisab se diya tha.total money loss.suggest to all please not get packages from this company.
